Vince McMahon does Daniel Bryan's "Yes!" chants on Smackdown

Vince McMahon

We reported last week that WWE recorded a get well soon message for Daniel Bryan during the Smackdown tapings in a segment that was led by the Big Show.

It is believed that the segment wasn’t taped for Smackdown but for Bryan as the recording was done to send the tape to the former WWE World Heavyweight champion. Big Show told the fans Bryan may need another surgery and got a huge “yes!” chant going for the “get well” message. WWE ended up using that “yes!” chant in a WWE Network promo video on SmackDown.

SmackDown opened with ring announcer Eden introducing Vince McMahon in a voiceover that she did after the tapings. WWE then aired the message from Vince McMahon that we posted the other day, with Vince hyping how the WWE Network is free in November.

WWE made Vince’s video appear as if it was on the Titantron in the arena and when Vince ended his message with a “yes!” chant, the broadcast cut to the crowd doing the “yes!” chants that Big Show got started for the Bryan “get well” message.
