WWE superstars take pride in their bodies. Most of them have a specific diet, and if you're disciplined, you can take the odd day off and enjoy a cheat meal.

Every athlete's body requires a food 'shopping spree' once in a while. However, you always have to work it off the next day.

Here are five superstars and their favorite 'cheat meals'.

#5. Bobby Lashley and his hamburger cheats

Given the success he has amassed in WWE and Impact and in MMA with Bellator, the work he has put in to maintaining his body has been worth it.

Despite the clean eating and iron-pumping sessions in the gym, Lashley likes to have a good snack from time to time.

Like any other elite athlete, cheat meals can be considered a reward in most cases.

Lashley appeared on the We Watch Wrestling podcast, where he said his cheat day meal was a hamburger. This led to Lashley mentioning the best burger he has ever had and where he gets it.

"There's a couple place I'm going to highly recommend, a place in California called Slater's 50/50. They have a cheeseburger called the Peanut Butter And Jealous burger. It's a bacon cheeseburger with peanut butter and jelly on the bun. Here's the kicker, they took ground chuck and did bacon grounded up, so the bacon was in the burger. It was the most incredible thing I've ever eaten,"

Given that The Almighty One is still at the top of his game and in peak physical condition. He will probably have many more cheat days to come.

#4. R-Truth and his cheat meals pancakes

Cheat meals are a perk that comes with a strict diet for most WWE superstars. Take the R-Truth, who at 49 years, doesn't look a day over 30. It's as if he is getting better with age.

In Celtic Warrior Workouts, Truth tells Sheamus how Buttermilk pancakes are his favorite cheat meal. Considering how hard he was going in the gym, he certainly couldn't resist them. With truth always running around, whether it be hiding or hunting, those pancake carbs could be of assistance. After all, if Truth looks like this at age 49,surely he deserves a whole stack of pancakes every week.

#3. Pizza is Finn Balor favorite cheat meals

Finn Balor is arguably one of the greatest wrestlers in the world. A former two time NXT champion, Intercontinental champion and the first ever Universal champion, he has proven himself worthy. His ability to maintain a lean shredded physique and perform every night is impressive.

Speaking to GQ in August 2019, Balor explains how he doesn't have a set training regime. He doesn't train all the time and his very low - to no - carb diet helps him stay in shape. However, his cheat meal contains several carbs. Finn is a pizza lover. Who loves his pizza with mushrooms, pineapple, cheese and salami? Yes Finn likes pineapple on his pizza, a preference some pizza lovers wouldn't agree with. Finn's cheat meal isn't as common as other athletes' cheat meals. Which makes sense considering his diet.

#2. Donuts are WWE Hall of Famer Edge's favorite cheat meal

An athlete's reward for their hard work has to beat cheat meals. WWE Hall of Famer Edge has done everything there is to do. He would retire in 2011 due to a broken neck injury he suffered 8 years prior. No one would've predicted what would happen next.

At the 2020 Royal Rumble, Edge would return after 9 years and shock the world. Returning to the best physical shape of his life, thanks to his strict diet. In an interview with GQ in April 2020, Edge would detail how he began his current diet.

"I tried a few, but I found a meal prep company that I will use for the rest of my life: Nutrition Solutions. That changed everything. I started eating their meals, stuck to them religiously, and then I started seeing the changes. It also caused me to put in work at the gym, because my body was feeling better. I was seeing the transition, seeing the change. You know, I was 250 pounds. Suddenly, I found myself at 220."

The Man is one of the most popular WWE superstars. However, just like any other superstar, having cheat meals is a luxury. For Becky Lynch, it's more like a staple for the most part. Becky Lynch, who recently gave birth to her daughter, Roux. Made a shock return at this year's Summerslam. She defeated Bianca Belair to win the Smackdown Women's title.

The Man certainly spent time on her body. As she is in the best shape of her career. Becky is a lover of toast and she pretty much considers that her cheat meal. Although she does like some pizza as well. Toast is her go-to. Bread carries carbs, but those carbs seem to have no effect on her. The Man is a known fitness enthusiast and she kept working out during her pregnancy. Such levels of dedication should warrant a few slices of toast here and there.
