Will Cody Rhodes win against Logan Paul?

Cody Rhodes and Logan Paul will go toe-to-toe in the upcoming WWE King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event and fans are excited to see an intense fight. However, a veteran thinks that the match may result in controversy.

During the latest edition of SmackDown, it was clarified that only the Undisputed WWE Championship belt is at stake at the upcoming premium live event, as Logan Paul has refused to put his United States Title on the line. However, veteran journalist Bill Apter thinks both championships may be in play in some way, leading to a storyline controversy that could extend the feud.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine hosted by Mac Davis, Bill Apter praised Logan Paul while making his predictions for the match:

"I can see some sort of controversy coming out of this where may be both belts are held up or something. Some sort of huge controversy to keep that going, because in terms of ring, young Logan Paul has already, he's like a veteran in the ring. He knows what he is doing, doesn't have to think about it. It all comes naturally. Cody is the same way. So this is gonna be a real magnificient match." [From 01:15 onwards]

WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long is also impressed with Logan Paul

While Bill Apter believes that Cody Rhodes will retain the title, Teddy Long is unsure about the outcome of the match.

On the same episode of The Wrestling Time Machine, the WWE Hall of Famer expressed his belief that the bout may go either way.

"Logan Paul has certainly proved himself. I am telling you man. I mean, he is a person that really wants it. When you see that a guy improves as quick as he did and understands how this really works, you know he really wants it. So this may be one of those that I would say might be too close to call." As of now, only time will tell whether Cody Rhodes will be able to retain his belt in Saudi Arabia next weekend.
