38-year-old WWE Superstar teases a match against Jeff Hardy

Former WWE Champion Jeff Hardy is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling. WWE Superstar and Hardy's former on-screen rival, Karrion Kross, has teased another match against the 46-year-old.

In 2021, Hardy and Kross crossed paths on Monday Night RAW. This was a rare occasion Hardy brought back his iconic No More Words theme song, which he used in his entrance.

A Twitter/X user recently recalled the moment, leading to Kross teasing a rematch against Hardy at some point down the road.

"Lol. They wouldn’t tell Jeff all day whether they’d play it and we were both annoyed about the apprehension to do it. Jeff and I wanted to carry this to Extreme Rules to blow off the match in a TLC. We both tried to fight for it but no luck. Maybe one day…" wrote Kross.

Eric Bischoff wants Jeff Hardy to retire from professional wrestling

Jeff Hardy's latest match in AEW occurred in February when he lost to Sammy Guevera. During the match, Guevara accidentally landed his knee on Hardy's nose during an aerial move.

According to Eric Bischoff, Hardy should leave AEW and retire from professional wrestling entirely. Speaking on his 83 Weeks podcast, the wrestling veteran suggested the following:

"Spend some time with your kids, your wife. Appreciate what you’ve got, be grateful for what you’ve got, be grateful you could still walk with all the crazy stuff you put yourself through, both recreationally and in the ring professionally. Be grateful for your health, and just look back and smile. That’d be my advice.”

Jeff and Matt Hardy are former multi-time tag team champions. Jeff is also a former WWE Champion and a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion. In 2022, he signed with AEW.

In his last WWE run, Hardy walked out midway through a tag team match during a house show. Shortly afterward, he was released from his WWE contract.
