RAW was set for another big episode after Seth Rollins earned the right to challenge Big E for the WWE Championship. The Messiah overcame Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, and Kevin Owens to win the Fatal 4-Way ladder match.

Meanwhile, a blockbuster match between Bianca Belair and RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was scheduled for the night. The title match was set to determine who is the real top superstar on the RAW brand.

Damian Priest continued to vent his frustration on T-Bar as the two big men competed in a No Disqualification match. Priest put T-Bar through a table before picking up the win.

Potential challenges for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships and the RAW Tag Team titles were also crowned on the show. WWE did well to keep the storyline involving the RK-Bro going too.

RAW delivered yet another solid episode on Monday night. Take a look at the five things WWE got right on RAW this week.

#5. Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair put on a show on WWE RAW

A pay-per-view main event level match was scheduled for WWE RAW this week. Becky Lynch defended her RAW Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair.

The two women locked up as soon as the bell rang. Lynch took control before The EST used her strength to overpower her. Belair showcased her impressive athleticism while The Man tried to employ some heelish tactics to remain in the match.

Belair hit a pair of suplexes for a near-fall, while Lynch tried to roll her opponent up for the win.

The Man attempted to apply the Dis-arm-her, but Belair powered her up, and they went crashing over the top rope to the floor. The EST powered out of another disarm-her attempt and pressed the champ above her head for a big slam.

The two RAW Superstars kept trading some big moves and attempted to hit their finishers. In the end, Lynch managed to rip the padding off the top turnbuckle and sent her opponent head-first into it. She rolled up Belair with a handful of tights to pick up the win on RAW.

The match was as good and allowed Lynch to show she’s ready for long battles. The contest had some fun moments, and Belair came out looking like an absolute star.

Lynch did a great job as a heel, and the finish will allow the RAW creative team to carry on this rivalry for longer. It will allow WWE to build some more challengers for The Man in the meantime. Will Liv Morgan finally get her chance at the top of the RAW roster soon?

#4. WWE RAW worked towards the next Women’s Tag Team Championship feud

A backstage confrontation on WWE RAW led to Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. challenging Carmella and Queen Zelina. The two teams competed in a non-title match on Monday night.

Ripley showcased her strength early against Zelina and shoved her away. The Most Beautiful Woman in WWE tagged in and slapped Ripley across the face.

This led to The Nightmare taking off and she delivered a few big strikes to the former SmackDown Women’s Champion. Nikki came into the ring and took out her opponents with a crossbody from the apron.

The heels took control of the contest for a little while before Ripley managed to overpower them again. After a bit of chaos at the end, Zelina hit Nikki with the Code Red for the win on RAW.

The match was fun even though it wasn’t too long. Carmella and Zelina still have a lot of work to do to build some chemistry as a tag team. However, it was good to watch the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions perform on RAW. The two now seem to have good challengers for the titles.

#3. Finn Balor defeated Chad Gable on WWE RAW

Chad Gable came out on WWE RAW along with Otis for his match against Finn Balor. The two technical superstars locked up early and traded holds to get the match rolling.

The two men hit each other with a few strikes before Gable started working on Balor’s leg. The heel tried to take Balor’s stomps and Coup de Grace out of the equation as he focused all of his offense on the limb.

The Prince still hit a standing double stop followed by a sling blade to stun the Olympian. He went for the shotgun dropkick, but Gable countered and locked in an ankle lock.

Balor countered, but Gable once again got hold of Balor’s ankle to put him through a lot more pain. Late in the match, Gable went for a moonsault, but Balor got his knees up in time.

He sent Gable into the corner with a shotgun dropkick and climbed the ropes for the Coup de Grace. As The Prince struggled to get in position, Gable popped up onto the top rope and hit a superplex. Surprisingly, Balor held on for a cradle pin to pick up the victory.

The match between the two RAW superstars was good and allowed fans to get some quality action between two top technical stars. Balor needs to pick up some wins on RAW, and WWE did well to give him a competitive match against Gable. He still has a lot of work to do before he can enter the world championship picture again.

#2. The Dirty Dawgz stole a victory over The Street Profits on WWE RAW

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode competed against The Street Profits on WWE RAW. Both teams had their eyes on the RAW Tag Team Champions as they took to the ring for the contest.

Roode and Montez Ford kicked off the action for their teams. Ford slammed Roode to the mat and mocked him before tagging his partner for a double-team move.

The Dirty Dawgz got the upper hand for some time trying to isolate Angelo Dawkins, but the big man powered out to stay in the contest. Ford was tagged into the match soon after, and he took his opponents down with a huge dive from the top rope.

The heels got control of the contest again, and Roode sent Ford into a waiting Ziggler for a DDT. Late in the match, Ford once again wiped out his opponents with a dive over the top rope. Omos came out and marched towards the ring, allowing Ziggler to steal the win.

The two teams worked well together on RAW. Roode and Ziggler are veterans who knew exactly how to put over The Street Profits for most of the match. WWE is doing well to build The Dirty Dawgz as the next challengers for Randy Orton and Riddle. Will the RAW Tag Team Championships change hands before Survivor Series?

#1. Seth Rollins caused problems between Kevin Owens and Big E on WWE RAW

Seth Rollins came out for a promo on WWE RAW after winning the Fatal 4-Way match last week. He talked about defeating four top men on RAW to earn a shot at the WWE Championship before Big E made his way out.

Rollins made Big E angry by mocking The New Day’s accomplishments in the ring. The WWE Champion offered Rollins his title shot on RAW, but The Messiah did not like the idea.

Kevin Owens joined them from the stage and proceeded to insult Rollins. He then challenged Big E to a non-title match for later in the night.

The two RAW Superstars took the main event slot of Monday night. Both men delivered some top moves to keep each other down in the early part of the contest.

Rollins came out to watch the action up close as Big E and KO continued to try and pick up the win. Owens hit a big senton bomb and the WWE Champion barely kicked out in time.

The Messiah got involved and hit Big E with a cheap shot while the referee’s back was turned. Owens tried to score the pin but Big E countered with a crucifix pin to get the win.

After the match, Big E accused KO of cheating and partnering with Rollins. Owens wasn’t too happy and challenged The Messiah to a match next week on RAW. After he was done, Big E ended the segment by hitting a Big Ending to KO.

The match was as good as expected. Both men put on their very best to give fans an entertaining television main event. The final moments of the segment will help WWE build towards a few stories.

Owens will not be happy after Big E hit him with his finisher even after he apologized to the champ. Meanwhile, Seth Rollins will be looking to get under the WWE Champion’s skin even more before finally taking him on for the title. Next week’s RAW could end up being very entertaining.
