Becky Lynch is now the impromptu face of the company due to her following amongst the WWE Universe and is in the midst of one of WWE's hottest storylines since Daniel Bryan's underdog story in 2014.

The fans are slowly taking a liking to what WWE has in store for them with the promise of quality matches and precise storytelling.

With Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins setting the standard for the aforementioned, WWE are constantly looking to sustain the quality and ratings for their prized shows, RAW and SmackDown Live post-Elimination Chamber.

Here are five such storylines and fantasy scenarios the WWE Universe will be dying to see in 2019.

#5 Bayley vs Sasha Banks

A Bayley-Sasha Banks feud is long overdue with both of them see-sawing between the idea of winning the Tag Team Championships and going on an epic feud like the one they shared in NXT.

Both of them are amongst the best female Superstars in the WWE and have sizzling chemistry in the ring to back their plight for a feud.

Sasha Banks and Bayley have for long been stuck in the mid-card and haven't been pitted against each other completely yet by the WWE creative.

Their iconic Iron-Man match in NXT is considered to have paved the way for the Women's revolution in WWE and being part of the Four Horsewomen along with Charlotte and Becky Lynch, both Bayley and Sasha Banks have played a major role in the transition of "Divas" to "Superstars".

In what could be a throwback to the feud Triple H and Shawn Michaels had in the Attitude Era, Banks and Bayley are completely capable of producing brilliant matches with context.

While Bayley has for long been touted to turn on Sasha ending in a dream Wrestlemania match-up, WWE have the perfect opportunity to do so come Sunday at the WWE Elimination Chamber match.

It's about time the two had their dream storyline together and with the current regime, it could be more than just a possibility.

#4 NXT vs WWE

Over the past few years, NXT has soaked in most of the adulation from the WWE Universe with its brilliant matches and extensive storytelling.

Many even claim NXT to be superior in many aspects when compared to the main shows, Raw and Smackdown and why not?

World-class talent such as Johnny Gargano, Aleister Black and Adam Cole have constantly put out quality matches worth being considered in the match-of-the-year categories on a regular basis.

With NXT seemingly at its peaks right now, WWE fans would do anything to have a potential feud between the best of the main roster against the cream of the developmental brand perhaps in a build up to Survivor Series 2019.

This invasion storyline would open up numerous opportunities in terms of content and also help boost the stocks of the company.

Just imagine the likes of Seth Rollins, AJ Styles and Finn Balor competing against Ricochet, Aleister Black and Adam Cole in an epic five-star worthy clash for the ages. Only if it were that simple for the WWE!

#3 Finn Balor wins the Money in the Bank Match

Two-time World Champion in 2019?

Finn Balor has had a lukewarm experience in the WWE so far. He was one of the first superstars to be drafted in the WWE Draft 2016 and quickly went on to become the first Universal Champion.

But an injury during his win against Seth Rollins forced him to relinquish his title and push him to the sidelines for over seven months.

Ever since his return, he hasn't been involved heavily in the main-event scene with a championship match against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, the closest he has come.

He is still one of the most loved superstars on the main roster and is one of the best inside the ring as well. With Roman Reigns out indefinitely, there is a serious dearth in top-level talent with Brock Lesnar only working selected shows.

However, all of that could change if Finn Balor were to win the Money in the Bank match this year which would invariably add him into the Championship scene and also boost the ratings of either show.

Balor has been under-utilized over the past year and this could be the ideal opportunity for WWE to cash in on the Demon King and book him to eventually win a World Championship.

#2 Roman Reigns' Return to WWE

At the same stage last year, Roman Reigns was perhaps the most disliked Superstar with his mega push to beat Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship.

Over the past year, much has changed in the WWE. Although Brock Lesnar is still champion, WWE is poorer in the absence of the 'Big Dog' who had to vacate his title due to Leukemia.

His heartfelt speech prior to his departure struck a chord with the WWE Universe subsequently creating a soft spot for Reigns.

While there is no return date regarding his return, he was last reported to have acted in Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's upcoming movie, Hobbs & Shaw.

He looks to be in good shape as well initiating a ton of rumours surrounding his well-being and imminent return to the main roster.

His return to could onset a string of feuds with the likes of Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre and even his Shield buddy, Seth Rollins if he were to win the championship at Wrestlemania 35.

It would certainly be an upgrade if the Big Dog were to return and make an impact on Monday Night Raw.

#1 Becky Lynch wins the Raw Women's Championship

The most obvious and wanted of all storylines, Becky Lynch winning the Raw Women's Championship at Wrestlemania 35 should top any sane WWE fan's wish list.

After being disgracefully replaced by Charlotte Flair in the main-event, Becky is currently "suspended" for a duration of sixty days by Mr McMahon, whose clip has now become the most hated WWE video on YouTube.

Becky has undergone a tremendous change since her heel turn last year and was forced her organic face turn due to extensive crowd support.

The fact that even Ronda Rousey was given the boos during her altercation with Becky states her dominance and star value right now.

With Wrestlemania 35 just around the corner, WWE Creative has one of their most promising storylines and with Becky's stardom, there's a huge possibility of her lifting the Raw Women's Championship high above her shoulders come April.
