Wrestling is something that is televised all over the world right now and it seems that there are more wrestlers or trainee wrestlers than ever before, which makes it hard for aspiring performers to come up with moves that are completely unique and have never been seen before.

WWE has signed a lot of talent from all over the Independent Circuit over the past few years and it seems that even though these superstars have been using specific moves in their move-set for as long as the past decade, there are other stars in the company who use the move as well, which makes it awkward when both stars clash in the same match.

Whilst there are many stars in WWE now who use moves that were once used by WWE legends, this list looks at the current crop of superstars who have the same signature move.

#5 Finn Balor/ Seth Rollins - Slingblade

Seth Rollins and Finn Balor have crossed paths a number of times ever since Balor made his way to the main roster back in 2016. SummerSlam 2016 saw the duo fight it out to become the first Universal Champion in a match that was won by Balor.

The duo has faced off a number of times since, with their most recent meeting being this past Monday Night on Raw when Rollins was able to pull out The Curb Stomp for the first time in almost three years.

The sling blade has become a signature move for both Rollins and Balor over the past few years and even though the two former NXT Champions have had a number of matches against each other, they have still both been able to put it in their move-set and the audience have cheered for it regardless of which star it was that did it.

#4 Rhyno/ Roman Reigns - Gore/Spear

Both Rhyno and Roman Reigns are currently on the Raw roster and even though the duo hasn't yet faced off in one-on-one competition it is quite well-known that they share the same finishing move.

Rhyno calls his spear "Gore" whilst Roman has been much less creative by leaving his spear without a name. The Spear is one of the most used finishers in professional wrestling with the likes of Batista, Goldberg, Edge and even Kaitlyn using the move throughout their careers.

It seems as though sharing the move hasn't caused the two stars any issues as of yet, but with Rhyno looking at retirement in the coming months, this move could be one that becomes most associated with Reigns in the future.

#3 Sasha Banks/Seth Rollins - Frog splash

Sasha Banks has been quite outspoken about the fact that The Late, Great Eddie Guerrero was one of the main superstars who inspired her to pursue a career in Sports Entertainment. It seems that her way of paying homage to her hero was to add the Frog Splash to her moveset, even though former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins already used the move and is also on the Raw roster.

Sasha often uses the move as a finisher instead of her Bank Statement, whilst it is seen as more of a signature move for The Architect who has rarely been able to get a three count after the iconic move. Even though the duo will never cross paths in a singles match, it would be interesting if they ever decided to team up.

#4 AJ Styles/Finn Balor - Pele Kick/Overhead Kick

AJ Styles and Finn Balor may be on separate brands right now with The Phenomenal One representing SmackDown Live as the WWE Champion and Finn Balor currently enjoying a reunion with The Bullet Club on Monday Night Raw, but it seems that a stint in NJPW isn't the only thing that these two stars share.

Styles and Balor both have an overhead kick that they enjoy using as part of their arsenal, it is one that only Balor and Styles have ever used on WWE TV but one that has become a signature move for both men.

Finn Balor calls his version of the move the Pele Kick which is a reference to the Brazilian footballer's stars bicycle kick, something that he would later become famous for, whilst AJ Styles refers to him as a simple overheard kick just to avoid confusion.

#1 Dean Ambrose/Drew McIntyre - Dirty Deeds/Futureshock

Dean Ambrose and Drew McIntyre are on separate brands right now with Ambrose on Raw and McIntyre on NXT, even though both men are both currently on the trainer's table. But it seems that Ambrose and McIntyre share much more than just their obvious bad timing when it comes to injuries.

Ambrose has had a few variations of Dirty Deeds which is currently a double underhook DDT, which was seemingly adopted from Mick Foley, but he isn't the only star who performs this move, with McIntyre using it as a finishing move as well under the name Future Shock. Luckily, it seems that McIntyre has a number of finishing moves so if he ever came face to face with Ambrose or 3MB came face to face with The Shield once again, he would be able to use one of his other finishers.
