3 Big things WWE could be planning for Raw

A lot has changed since the past week's Monday Night Raw. Roman Reigns' shocking return and Batista's ruthless attack on a helpless Ric Flair have changed the landscape of the company, directly affecting the buildup to WrestleMania 35.

Now, almost a week later, fans are as excited as ever to tune into Raw and witness the aftermath of last week's storyline progressions. Does WWE have even more surprises up their sleeve? What more shockers could one expect going into tonight's show?

Let's take a look at three ways WWE could shock the viewers on tonight's Raw.

#3. Vince will do the unthinkable

Will Charlotte be handed the title?

Even though Charlotte has been stating that she will appear on tonight's Raw and end up being awarded the now vacant Women's championship, the fans know better.

It's almost impossible that WWE would throw such a big swerve just weeks before their premiere Mania match unfolds in front of millions of viewers. But what if WWE does exactly that, leaving us in a state of shock?

With how Mr. McMahon has been operating these past few weeks, he might as well hand over the title to Charlotte, much to the disgust of the fans. This might lead to a match between Charlotte and Ronda at Fastlane where Ronda wins back her title in controversial fashion, leaving Charlotte hungry for more at Mania.

#2. No reunion?

Will things heat up again between the Shield members?

Fans are going into tonight's Monday Night Raw expecting a much-awaited Shield reunion after Rollins and Reigns saved Ambrose from a beatdown on last week's Raw.

What if Ambrose still keeps acting like a jerk to his Shield brothers, forcing them to leave him on his own against the villains? The growing animosity between Reigns and Ambrose could lead to a one on one encounter at the grandest stage of them all. Reigns doesn't seem to have a formidable opponent at Mania at the moment.

Pairing him against his former Shield brethren would be a proper conclusion to the "Ambrose gong nuts storyline". The duo could later come out to help Rollins to slay the Beast. But the buildup needs to start ASAP with another Shield implosion on the horizon as Raw looms closer.

#1. Ric Flair gets his revenge

A reunion on the horizon?

The WWE Universe is expecting Batista to come out and explain his actions. No one would expect Ric to take his revenge on The Animal right away. If done right, this could work perfectly. Let Batista come out and try to explain why he did what he did.

Flair comes and says that he forgives him for his actions. Once Batista is about to leave, Flair gets his chance and low blows the animal, like he did all those years ago. A fuming Triple H comes down to the ring and attacks Batista.

The brawl is on until a sea of superstars come down to separate the former Evolution members. This could be the perfect setup to let Ric get away with some sweet revenge while giving the storyline a big-time feel like when they did the same with The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar years ago.
