One of the greatest tennis players of all time, Margaret Court has the most number of Grand Slam titles to her name. With 24 Slams (11 in the Open Era), she is one ahead of Serena Williams.

She also has one of the best winning percentage record at 91.68%.

Hailing from Australia, Court won 21 Slams before giving birth to her first child in 1971. After returning to the sport, she won the Australian Open, French Open, and US Open in 1973, before giving birth to her second child in 1974.

After returning to the sport for the second time, she won a few titles but failed to win another singles Grand Slam title. She retired in 1977 after giving birth to her fourth child.
