#1 New York condos

In 2017, Novak Djokovic purchased two condos in New York’s Soho neighborhood for a reported $10.6 million. Constructed in 2018, they are part of the 565 Broome residential building designed by noted Italian architect Renzo Piano. The building was Piano’s first project in New York and was completed in 2019. The two-bedroom condos are 2,000 square feet each.

#2 Novak Djokovic's Marbella mansion

After living in Monte Carlo for 15 years, Novak Djokovic decided to move to a luxurious mansion in Marbella, Spain, which he purchased for roughly £8.5 million ($10.5 million).

The house, located in an upscale neighborhood of the Spanish city, consists of nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a game room, a swimming pool, a cinema room, a gym, a tennis court and a sauna.

The property also has breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. Djokovic has treated his fans to glimpses of his Marbella mansion via social media.

Djokovic's mansion in Miami's Eighty Seven Park condominium complex is a thing of beauty. Developed by Renzo Piano, the building offers serene views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Parkland.

The luxury unit has a futuristic design with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, its own infinity pool, valet-on-service, spa, gym, library, and botanical bar.

Djokovic purchased the condominium for $5.77 million but sold it for around $5.6 million in 2021.
