The latest still cut dropped for Lee Do-hyun and Kim Go-eun starrer Exhuma (Korean: 파묘), is stealing fans' breaths worldwide. The upcoming film explores horror, thriller, mystery, and occult genres. It is set to premiere in domestic theaters in February of this year. The movie has already garnered an eager audience thanks to its talented team and other factors.

The production is unveiling atmospheric teasers, including character posters and a trailer, leading up to the highly anticipated release. In this film, Lee Do-hyun and Kim Go-eun play shamans, and they are joined by veteran actors Choi Min-sik (Oldboy) and Yoo Hae-jin (Tazza). The latest still cut features all four actors in one frame, engaged in what seems to be a deep discussion.

However, the shaman duo has caught the fan's attention. Fans are excited about the stellar cast and the dynamic shaman duo. In the new poster, the two are seen donning stylish black and leather outfits, with one fan expressing their anticipation for a "joint slay."

Exhuma, a.k.a Pamyo or The Unearthed Grave, revolves around a wealthy Los Angeles family who suffers from paranormal happenings. Desperate to save their newborn from the evil tormenting them, they seek the help of rising shamans Hwarim (Kim Go-eun) and Bong-il (Lee Do-hyun).

Hwarim discovers the dark shadow of an ancestor seemingly latched on to the family in a state called "Grave's Calling." In order to relieve the departed, they decide to exhume the ancestor's grave with the help of ace geomancer Sang Deok (Choi Min-sik) and skilled mortician Yeong Geun (Yoo Hae-jin).

The four find the grave in a remote, unsettling Korean village and go on with the exhumation, but in doing so, they also set free something sinister from underneath.

A powerful trailer, full of rituals and incantations, has also been revealed for the promotion.

The blood-chilling film is helmed by screenwriter and director Jang Jae-hyun, who is known for his horror and thriller works like House of the Disappeared (2017), The Priests (2015), and Svaha: The Sixth Finger (2019). Additionally, Showbox, Pinetown Production, and MCMC share the production credits.

The international posters for Exhuma released so far carry the tagline, "The vicious emerges," adding to the eerie vibe surrounding it.

Meanwhile, fans are thrilled and sharing their anticipation of the new film on X, hyping up Kim Go-eun and Lee Do-hyun avatars in the new still.
