NFL officiating has been a topic of hot discussion for seven weeks and Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has given his thoughts on the up-and-down nature of the things that are being called.
With fans irate at some decisions that have been made and the fact that NFL referees aren't full-time (which is odd for a billion-dollar industry), naturally, there are going to be inconsistencies.
But when those inconsistencies decide games, fans and now players give their thoughts on it.
Tyreek Hill takes a swipe at NFL referees
In an X post that showed two different plays but one was called for pass interference and the other wasn't, it has fans angry about the inconsistencies in NFL officiating.

Now, everyone makes mistakes, but with so many cameras at stadiums and with the ability to go back quickly and watch the replay, fans wonder why so many calls are missed.
Well, Tyreek Hill just gave an explanation.

Shouldn't all NFL crews emphasize the same things on game day so things are even and if players notice it, then perhaps it has to be looked at in the offseason.
Tyreek Hill on track for his 2000-yard goal
Before the season started, Hill said that he wanted to go for over 2000 yards this season after his career-best return of 1,710 yards in his first year as a Miami Dolphin.
Through the first seven weeks of the season, Hill is somehow on track to get to his target. He has caught 53 passes for 902 yards and seven touchdowns (the same total from last year).
In four of his seven games this year, Hill has surpassed 160 receiving yards, which includes the Week 1 215-yard, two-touchdown game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
While it is still early in the season, the 29-year-old has gotten off to a ridiculous start in his second season with the Dolphins, as his numbers are simply out of this world.
Hill is averaging 128 yards per game and if we take that and put it out across the remaining games, his end-of-season total would be 2,190 yards from 17 games.
Can he do it? We wouldn't bet against him.
