ONE Friday Fights 60 full results and recap: Suriyanlek topples Rittidet in three-round thriller

The 60th iteration of the ONE Friday Fights saga once again delivered fireworks in 'The Mecca of Muay Thai' Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on April 26.

In the main event, Suriyanlek Por Yenying beat up Rittidet Sor Sommai across three rounds in their 132-pound catchweight Muay Thai contest.

It wasn't smooth sailing early on for Suriyanlek, as he had to deal with the towering Rittidet's height and reach advantage. The 27-year-old Thai wisely picked his spots and scored with heavy leg kicks against the Sor Sommai standout.

After his lower body assault in the first, Suriyanlek was able to let his fiery fists go in round 2 and knocked down his compatriot with a wild overhand right.

Rittidet, though, showed great heart and made it to the final canto. Despite his noticeable lead, Suriyanlek went full-throttle in the waning moments of the fight.

The Bravery Gym/Por Yen Ying star scored a second knockdown for good measure with 20 seconds left.

Rittidet salvaged some pride and got up but still fell short on the judges' scorecards.

The win marked Suriyanlek's fifth victory in the promotion and hiked his overall slate to 80-27-2.
