PGA Championship 2024: Final round tee times and pairings explained

The third round has concluded at the 2024 PGA Championship being held at the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky. The fourth round at Valhalla will begin at 7:45 AM ET on Sunday, May 9.

PGA Tour has announced the final round tee times and pairings by the PGA Tour after the conclusion of the third round. The first pairing is of Jeremy Wells and Alejandro Tosti which will tee off at 7:45 AM.

Xander Schauffele and Collin Morikawa will tee off at 2:35 PM ET on Sunday. Scottie Scheffler will tee off with Mark Hubbard at 12:15 PM ET. Defending Champion Brooks Koepka will tee off at 10:05 AM with Nicolai Hojgaard. Other notable pairings at the PGA Championship are Talor Gooch and Stephan Jaeger; Bryson DeChambeau, Viktor Hovland and Joaquin Niemann and Rickie Fowler.

2024 PGA Championship rankings after the third round

Xander Scauffele and Collin Morikawa were tied for the first position after the third round at Valhalla. Both have an overall score of 15 under 198. Sahit Theegala is in the third position.

Shane Lowry took a huge leap of 25 positions after he carded 62 with 9 under par in the third round. He is currently tied at T4 with Bryson DeChambeau and Viktor Hovland. Another person who took a long jump in positions is Justin Rose who jumped 16 positions to T7 with Robert MacIntre.

Defending Champion Brooks Koepka and Scottie Scheffler in contrast had a dismal round on the third day of the PGA Championship. Koepka fell 35 positions from T12 to T47 after scoring a dismal 3-over 74 on the third day. Scheffler fell to T24 from T4 after 2-over 73.
