Cluck is usually found inside the house, so you may not notice him at first. His icon, however, should appear on the minimap, so pay attention to the top right corner of your screen.

To complete the latest Spring Breakout challenge, all you need to do is locate the character and talk to him. You can do this by getting close to Cluck and pressing your interact button.

As soon as you do this, the quest will be completed and you will receive 20,000 XP. Additionally, you will progress towards unlocking free cosmetic items from the Easter event.

The Fortnite NPC sells Grenades, which cost 24 gold bars each, as well as the Epic Egg Launcher. However, the launcher is quite expensive and you will have to spend 500 gold bars on it.
