How to collect all 5 cold blooded medallions in Fortnite Chapter 4

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 just underwent a major update yesterday. The latest update revamps combat and introduces a brand-new event. This event is one of the biggest Epic has ever introduced as it essentially introduces a brand new battle pass.

In this battle pass, players can collect medallions. Five of them are available and give a perfect reward once they are collected in the form of Solid Skull back bling.

Fortnite Cold Blooded medallions: A step-by-step guide

Step 1: Open Fortnite

The first step is to open the app on your device. The update released yesterday will need to be installed first. Normally, auto-updates take care of that pretty quickly, but it can't be opened if it's not up to date.

Step 2: Login and load up a match

Log into your account from there and enter the lobby. Start a match next in Solo, Duos, Trios, or Squads. It can even be done in Zero Build, as the Most Wanted event isn't specific to either. However, it's not part of Creative or Save the World.

Step 3: Complete challenges

The first medallion can be earned by completing seven different challenges. This will also reward you with Infamy, which goes to other rewards, too. Right now, these challenges are available:

• Increase Heat Level four times
• Purchase 10 weapons from Ace's Exotics or Ace's Armory vending machines
• Get the Vault Keycard after defeating a Cold-Blooded Boss
• Visit three POIs with a Fortnite Cold-Blooded Vault
• Collect 2,000 Gold in total
• Spend Gold on weapons/services from NPCs in five different matches
• Search four Safes/Cash Registers
• Damage opponents 1,000 worth using Exotics and unvaulted weapons
• Pick up a Heavy Sniper or Boom Sniper Rifle

Tomorrow, more will be available, and then again every two days for a while. For now, you can do seven of these.

Step 4: Complete the rest of the challenges

The next step is for you to complete all of the remaining available challenges. Right now, the challenges mentioned above are available. You must complete all the challenges to get the next set when it releases.

There are nine available, which means a cold-blooded medallion doesn't need all of them, just seven. However, when the new set arrives tomorrow, you'll need to complete those other two.

After completing the current challenge, you must wait until February 16th for more challenges to become available. Complete all of the challenges released on that particular day. The same procedure should be followed on the 18th, 20th, and 22nd of February until all five medallions are obtained. Once you have collected all of the medallions, you will be able to receive the rewards.
