Fortnite WinterFest 2022 has officially arrived, which means many changes have been made to the game. Winter-themed skins are now available in the Item Shop, while new challenges and characters have been introduced. The best part of this event every year is the cabin that holds all the free presents that players can open.

These presents include skins, Back Blings, gliders, emotes, and lobby music. It is often the source of some of the best free cosmetics in the game. Things are no different this year.

Presents are typically opened one day at a time. However, many players are wondering if it is possible to open multiple boxes in one day.

Only one present can be opened per day in Fortnite WinterFest 2022. That's been the standard over the last several years, and it remains true this time.

In 2022, players can enter the cabin, select one present, and open it. They will then have to wait until the next day to open another one. The presents don't accumulate even if they miss days. If players wait for three days, they will still have to open one per day.

While there are only 14 presents, the Fortnite WinterFest 2022 lasts much longer. There will be plenty of opportunities to get each of the gifts available.

How to open presents in Fortnite WinterFest 2022

Opening presents in Fortnite WinterFest 2022 is a fairly simple task, and it has remained the same since the very first year of the event. However, for those who have forgotten or haven't participated before, here's a step-by-step guide on opening presents:

1. Open Fortnite.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Visit the WinterFest section. It should be one click to the left of the main "Play" tab.
4. Enter the cabin.
5. All presents are available inside the cabin, which also has an NPC and a fireplace with a roaring fire (You can interact with the NPC and then select the fire to complete a challenge).
6. Select a side of the room to look at.
7. Choose a present to open. You may shake it, but that doesn't do much to determine what is inside.
8. Hold the button to open the present.
9. Once it's opened, it can be deposited in the locker where you can access it.

This process will be the same every day and for every present available.
