In the latest season of the popular shooter game, Epic Games has added a variety of free cosmetics that players can earn. With the v23.10 update, there are now over 20 cosmetic items that can be unlocked for free.

This article explains how to rally your friends and earn valuable cosmetic items for free. Keep in mind that the Reboot Rally program lasts for a limited period of time, so you will need to complete this process as soon as possible.

The Fortnite Reboot Rally program is focused on bringing former players back to the game. If you have a friend who no longer plays the game, you can reinvite them and both of you will unlock four cosmetic items.

There are two different ways to reboot your friends. The first option is by scanning the QR code in the game or visiting the official website of the Fortnite Reboot Rally.

By logging into the website, you will receive a code to share with the friends you want to reboot. The website provides all the necessary details regarding the Reboot Rally program so your friends can learn all about it.

However, if you share the code with returning players, do note that only players who have played for two hours or less will be eligible to earn these rewards.

Once the players make a return to the game, you will have to invite them to your lobby and complete exclusive challenges together.

Invite your Fortnite friends who haven't been active

The second option is easier if you already have eligible friends to rally. You will simply need to open your friends list and find players that are eligible for the new program.

To reboot a friend from your list, you will need to select their name and press the "Rally 'em Back" button. Thereafter, you will be able to invite them to your lobby and start earning rewards together.

Upon hitting the reboot button, you will receive the On Focus emoticon, which is the first cosmetic item in the Fortnite Reboot Rally program. You can unlock more items by teaming up with rebooted players and completing tasks.

Furthermore, you can earn points by earning experience together in Team Rumble, Battle Royale, or Zero Build modes. Additionally, completing daily quests together will also grant you bonus points.

Bear in mind that the Reboot Rally program is only active until January 10. Thereafter, you will not be able to obtain the four cosmetic items for free, although they may be released in the Item Shop at a later date.
