Jose Mourinho recently reflected on his iconic celebration against Manchester United in 2004.

The Red Devils played the Liga Portugal giants in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 back in the 2003-04 side. Mourinho was in charge of the Porto side that went on to win the Champions League that year.

Porto won the first leg at home 2-1 and drew the second leg 1-1, courtesy of a late strike from Costinha at Old Trafford. Mourinho ran down the touchline and joined in the celebrations of his team. Looking back, the Portuguese coach recently told The Telegraph:

"I had so many bozarre celebrations over the course of my career but that one is probably the one that changed the direction of my career."

After helping Porto win the Champions League, Jose Mourinho arrived at English football as Chelsea's manager. He later managed clubs like Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur as well.

While Jose Mourinho has had a career full of accolades, winning the Champions League with Porto, along with winning the European treble with Inter Milan, is perhaps his greatest feat.

Mourinho had a squad full of quality players in his ranks back in the 2003-04 season. A quality shot-stopper in Vitor Baia was rock solid between the sticks. The team also had defenders like Ricardo Carvalho, Nuno Valente and Paulo Fereira.

The midfield's quality could be envied by any team as it boasted the likes of Deco, Maniche and Costinha. Benni McCarthy was a key player in the attack for that Porto side.

They defeated the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester United and AS Monaco en route to lifting the Champions League. Porto brushed aside Monaco 3-0 in the final of the competition.
