Further details on WWE's plans for newly formed tag team - Reports

According to recent reports, WWE plans to have the duo of Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville recruit some new members to their team.

Since March 2023, Green and Deville have found a common connection. Both stars believe that company official Adam Pearce is purposely holding them back.

A report by Fightful Select has suggested that the two stars will look to add more stars to their anti-Adam Pearce agenda in the near future.

"WWE is also continuing a story that has kicked off on social media involving Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, who are planned as a regular tag team as of now. They're doing an angle where they are petitioning members of the roster and staff to go against management." [H/T Fightful Select]

During the Draft last week, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville's partnership was further solidified after they were both drafted to Monday Night RAW.

Chelsea Green on her return to WWE

After being released from the company in April 2021, Green made her surprise comeback to the company in January 2023 at the Royal Rumble event.

Speaking to WWE Die Woche, Green, who was eliminated almost instantaneously after entering the multi-woman match, gave her thoughts on her return to the company.

"Well, it was very exciting [to return at WWE Royal Rumble]. But a little shorter than I anticipated (…) Look, that five seconds of fame is gonna last forever because I did set a record. It might not have been a record that I wanted, but I set a record. I’m about to be in the record books, and they are about to have to replay clips of me for years to come." [H/T Post Wrestling]

While she has not picked up a significant win since her comeback, Green's character work has heavily impressed fans and fellow professionals.
