Orton pulled & The Usos in, Breeze part of WWE tour, Alberto - WWE update

Orton out, Del Rio and Usos in

- We had reported on Randy Orton’s absence from WWE TV, on account of a shoulder injury sustained a couple of weeks ago. The injury must be a serious one as Orton has been pulled out of the WWE’s European tour set for next month.

The tour is divided on two sides and led by Roman Reigns on one and WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins on the other. The matches on the Reigns-led side are Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt plus Erick Rowan, Braun Strowman and Luke Harper vs. Dean Ambrose and The Usos.

This ties in with the reports of the Usos making their return soon and they have an angle against the Wyatts after the Wyatts attacked Jimmy Uso on SmackDown last month.

- The Seth Rollins-led side of the tour has a new addition in the form of the recently debuted Tyler Breeze. Matches for that part of the tour are now The Dudley Boyz vs. WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day plus Rusev vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze in a Triple Threat.

However, the line-up is subject to further change as Rusev is out with an injury from earlier this week. There isn’t any update on who will be replacing Rusev on the tour.

- Following Del Rio’s surprise return to the WWE at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell, there’s been a lot of speculation on his status with the AAA promotion where he is still the Mega champion. Reports indicated that Del Rio may be working their event this coming Monday instead of RAW in Denver.

But, things have gotten complicated since Del Rio has been advertised for the RAW edition by the WWE and also for the Tuesday’s tapings in Colorado Springs. He is also scheduled to work the entire European tour as part of the Roman Reigns-led side of the tour.

With the way things stand, AAA would be fortunate if they are able to get Del Rio to do at least one shot, wherein he can drop the title.
