The ending of the seventh episode presented the protagonist going inside the villain’s premises alone to save his friends. While Reacher got ready to surrender to Langston, Neagley stayed out of the premises as per the plan they had made. The end of Reacher season 2 episode 7, titled The Man Goes Through, saw Jack Reacher, played by Alan Ritchson, walking into Langston’s New Age Facility alone, ready to surrender. However, knowing his smart moves, it could be a plan to take on the battle from within.

Before that, O’Donnell and Dixon were entrusted with the task of looking into the safety of Marlo and her daughter Jane. Dixon, played by Serinda Swan, dispatched both to a safe place, where Dixon used to stay before.

Meanwhile, Neagley and Reacher confronted Lt. Marsh and found out about the hitman, Grant, whom Langston had appointed to kill Russo. After learning that Grant was alive in hospital, Reacher killed Marsh before going for Grant.

At the hospital, the duo threatened Grant to extract more information. However, while leaving, Reacher ensured that Grant died of embolism as a revenge for Russo’s death.

On their way out, they stumbled on another hitman sent to kill off Grant. In the ensuing fight also involving Neagley, the hitman got killed.

After that, Langston called Reacher to inform him about Dixon and O’Donnell's capture. He wanted Reacher and his team to surrender. In response, Reacher lied that Neagley had died with the hitman in the fight.

Later in Reacher season 2 episode 7, Reacher demanded Senator Lavoy’s security men be placed at his disposal. He discussed something with Neagley and left her outside as he proceeded to enter Langston’s facility.
