Stellar Blade: How to activate The Wasteland Solar Tower

As you finally make your way into The Wasteland in Stellar Blade, you will notice that the Solar Tower there is non-functional. You will be required to repair and activate it, otherwise, Eve will not be able to rest and recover. There are many side quests in The Wasteland, however, it’s recommended that you complete the Solar Tower mission before you move on to anything else.

It’s one of the trickier missions to solve in the game because the droid you encounter there is malfunctioning and will not be able to help you in any way. Today’s Stellar Blade guide will go over how you will be able to activate the Solar Tower in The Wasteland.

How to find The Wasteland Solar Tower in Stellar Blade

To reach the Solar Tower in Stellar Blade’s The Wasteland you will be required to make your way to the left-hand side of the map and head into the area. Now take a right once you reach it and you will find your first camp there.

Just before it, you will come across a cliff with columns. Cross it and you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path and you will see a Solar Tower ahead.

How to activate the Solar Tower in The Wasteland

When you have reached the tower in Stellar Blade’s The Wasteland, you will encounter a droid who is malfunctioning. Without a supervisor, it will not be able to help you. Here's what you need to do to activate the tower:

• Activate the two ORCA switches located to the right of the tower. Then move the movable orange box to the shipping crate located in the middle of the area. This will let you climb up to reach the third ORCA switch. Make sure to unlock the chest here while you are at it.
• Now make your way up the stairs inside the tower and get outside. Jump to the platform across, and it will lift you up. Keep moving from one floating platform to the next until you are in touching distance of the tower ledge. Jump and grab onto it.
• After reaching the ledges, keep climbing up the right side until you meet another floating platform. However, ignore this one and keep jumping up three more times until you reach a ladder. If you miss the ladder jump, you can always use the platform below (the unactivated one you just found) to restart the climb.
• Use the ladder to make your way up to the top and you will find a balcony. Go around it and ignore the floating platforms there till you reach a yellow ledge. Jump and grab onto it and then keep jumping up until you reach the next balcony. You will find another pair of floating platforms there; this time, jump onto them.
• Use the platforms to jump to the ledges of the tower, and then head up to the next balcony. Keep going until you reach another ladder, climb it, and then shoot the dart board. This will give you access to a rope which will allow you to easily get back down. You will find a switch here, but you should ignore it and keep moving around the balcony. You will come across a droid beyond a gap who is trapped by debris. Free it by holding R2 and then make your way back to the switch to activate it.

You will not be able to activate the switch without rescuing the droid first. Once the tower is active, use the rope that you just made to head down to the lower level and talk to the malfunctioning droid. After you exhaust all the dialogue options Eve will be able to rest and recover at any camp that she wants in Stellar Blade’s The Wasteland.
