Wankhede Stadium will play host to Match 54 of the ongoing Indian Premier League season (IPL 2023) between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). The match will take place on Tuesday, May 9.

MI and RCB met in Bengaluru earlier this season, where the Challengers won by eight wickets. Mumbai will be keen to avenge that loss when they square off against RCB on their home turf.

Heading into this big game, MI have lost the services of Jofra Archer because of his fitness issues. Former RCB player and Archer's compatriot Chris Jordan has joined Mumbai as a replacement.
