New Delhi, March 22 (IANS): Left-arm orthodox bowler Ravindra Jadeja seems to have taken more than a liking for Australia captains, having clinched their wickets six out of seven times in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against Australia.

Jadeja Friday took the wicket of stand-in skipper Shane Watson here at the Ferozeshah Kotla on the first day of the fourth and final Test.

In total, Michael Clarke, who is not playing the fourth Test due to chronic back pain, has been bowled twice, stumped twice and caught once off Jadeja’s bowling. Watson, who is standing in for Clarke, was also stumped by India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the post-lunch session.

The only time the 24-year-old did not take the Australia captain’s wicket was in the second innings of the first Test in Chennai when Ravichandran Ashwin caught Clarke plumb in front of the stumps.

The Saurashtra all-rounder has taken 17 wickets in the first three Tests of the series with best bowling figures of 3/33.
